“I was stranded on a visit to Leeds last Friday due to a puncture in my car tyre. I was highly impressed by the manner of the service provided by Tyre Maintenance Ltd. I needed prompt support and the firm did not let me down. From the moment I telephoned the Leeds branch, I received impeccable assistance, especially from Tracey (reception) and the fitter who dealt so swiftly repairing the puncture. I arrived at the depot when there was a major delivery of tyres but I was still welcomed warmly and with care. This was first class service, even at a very busy time. It was clear that the whole team worked well together and were customer focused. Clearly, the unit is very well-managed and I highly recommend TM.
